Return policy


Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Boomingdutch within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Returned products must be new, undamaged and in original condition. Any damaged or used items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Send an e-mail to info@booming-dutch.com and state your name, order number, product and preference (optional). You can also generate a return ticket via our return portal https://boomingdutch.shipping-portal.com/rp/.

We will provide you with a return label to return your goods. The shipping costs for the returns are for the account of the customer. If the order is incorrect or something has gone wrong, you will not have to pay shipping costs for the returns.

After your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method applied. Please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days for a credit card company to return the funds to your account.

INCORRECT ADDRESS AND REFUSED SHIPPING

If the address is not correct, the package is usually returned to us by the courier service. Please check your address carefully when placing a new order. We can resend the shipment to you. Shipping costs including return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

If you would like to return or exchange your product, please email info@booming-dutch.com. The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Also refused shipments are not refunded. Simply state your name, order number, product and preference (not required). We will send you instructions including a return label to return your order or you can choose your own courier and provide us with a tracking number.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. parcels, or delayed parcels by the carriers. The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or should be what the consumer can expect in all reasonable terms. As a customer of Boomingdutch you are entitled to a good product. If the product is not what you expect, please contact us. Then we look for a solution together. You can reach us via email and social media.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Money back based on payment method:

Paid with iDeal, credit card or PayPal: The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank or giro account as soon as possible, but no later than within 5 working days. Credit card can take 7-10 business days.

During busy periods such as the holiday season, the delivery of your returned order may be delayed. In the ordering process you will be informed about the current delivery times.
